Marketing Coordinator: Proposals, CRM & Brand Growth

Shannon & Wilson, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support proposal development and marketing efforts in the Seattle-area network. You will prepare Prime and subconsultant proposals, organize complex submissions, and maintain Cosential CRM and project collateral.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, 0–4 years of experience, strong writing and organizational skills, and willingness to travel to support other Shannon & Wilson offices.
