Luxer One is seeking a Commercial Account Manager for Major Accounts to own the full account lifecycle—from prospecting through retention and expansion. You will work with existing customers to grow Luxer One systems and collaborate across Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Product, and Finance.
As the primary contact for customers, you will upsell products and services, ensure timely invoices and POs, and maintain CRM records.
