Growing commercial insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced Commercial Marketing Manager to lead carrier marketing, placement strategy, and negotiations for complex commercial accounts.
What You’ll Do
- Market new and renewal commercial business
- Build and manage carrier relationships
- Negotiate coverage, pricing, and terms
- Partner with Producers and Account Managers on client strategies
- Analyze risks and develop creative coverage solutions
- Stay current on carrier appetites and market trends
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of commercial lines marketing experience
- Strong Property & Casualty and specialty coverage knowledge
- Established carrier relationships and strong negotiation skills
- Strategic, consultative approach with excellent follow-through
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Texas General Lines License preferred
