Head of Paid Media & Channel Strategy

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Paid Media to lead the PPC and SEO function across multifamily, B2B and technical verticals. You will manage the PPC strategist and SEO strategist, owning channel strategy, budget allocation as accounts scale, and overall department performance.
This is a management seat, not an IC role. You will not build campaigns; your team handles execution while you ensure quality, reporting honesty, client messaging, and hiring the department.
