Position Summary We are seeking a personable and organized Public Relations Associate to support public-facing initiatives, assist with communication materials, and help maintain a positive company image. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, communicating information clearly, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen relationships with customers and the public.
Responsibilities Assist with preparing and organizing approved public relations materials.
Support promotional events, presentations, and public engagement activities.
Communicate company services, initiatives, and relevant information to appropriate audiences.
Help ensure messaging is accurate, consistent, and aligned with company guidelines.
Welcome attendees and respond to general questions during events.
Coordinate with internal team members to support communication initiatives.
Maintain organized records and materials related to public relations activities.
Gather audience feedback and share relevant observations with the team.
Assist with preparing informational materials for meetings and promotional activities.
Represent Harvest Advertising Inc. professionally in public-facing settings.
Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
Good organization and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage assigned responsibilities.
Comfortable interacting with different audiences.
Willingness to learn company procedures and communication standards.
Previous public relations, customer service, or event experience is an asset but not required.
