To lead audience curation and recruitment for invitation-only executive roundtables, the Contract Audience Booker will independently manage the booking process, ensuring a high-quality mix of senior executives while coordinating closely with internal teams, and can work remotely or from New York, NY or Washington, DC.
Key Responsibilities

Develop targeted invitation lists based on editorial themes and partner objectives
Own the invitation and booking process, tracking outreach and confirmed attendance
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure audience composition meets event standards

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in senior-level audience recruitment or high-touch invitation-only events
Strong research skills and sound judgment in identifying relevant executives
Excellent written communication and professional outreach skills
Ability to manage multiple booking pipelines and deadlines independently
Experience working across editorial, commercial, and events teams
