Paid Media Growth Lead

Dow Jones & Company, Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager, Paid Media - WSJ+ to grow and optimize paid media programs targeting WSJ+ subscribers in the US and international regions. You will plan, develop, and execute growth strategies with cross-functional teams across Acquisition, Engagement & Retention, Brand, Audience, and Data Science. The role requires 5–7 years in paid media, data-driven analysis, and hands-on experience with GA4, DV360, CM360, and SA360.
