KRS Talent is partnering with a fast growing e-commerce retailer to hire a Regional Sales Director with a strong background in employee voluntary benefits and/or HR services. You will lead sales efforts across brokers, generate new broker relationships, and activate them by bringing in employer clients.
You will motivate and train brokers on the Purchasing Power program, translate product features into broker and client benefits, and travel 50–75% as required.
