Lago is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (E-commerce) to lead paid media strategy, execution, and optimization for our DTC business. You will manage budgets, drive CAC/ROAS targets, and partner with creative, product, and analytics to turn insights into scalable growth.
You will work remotely with a global team, owning campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Paid Social, and you will shape testing, measurement, and optimization programs to maximize LTV and profitability.
