Senior Paid Search & YouTube Growth Lead - Remote

Mars Men is seeking a Paid Search & YouTube Manager to own strategy, execution, and day-to-day performance of Google Ads and YouTube Ads. You will work with Growth, Creative, and Analytics to translate goals into campaign strategy, build testing roadmaps, and drive profitable growth in a fast-moving startup.
The role requires 3–5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, strong analytics, and a bias toward ownership and action in a remote US-based environment.
