Wendt Partners is a HubSpot Elite Solutions Partner helping B2B companies get more from their CRM, AI and revenue operations. Our whole team works remotely and serves clients across North America, the UK and Europe, and Australia and APAC.
Role Overview
Our own marketing should show what HubSpot can do when it's run well. As Marketing Manager, you'll own Wendt Partners' marketing engine in HubSpot Marketing Hub: campaigns, email, content, social, paid media, events, and the reporting that ties it all to pipeline.
This is a hands-on role. You'll plan campaigns and build them yourself in HubSpot, coordinate design and content support, and make sure every marketing activity can be tracked from first touch to closed deal.
What You'll Do
Campaign strategy and execution
Plan and run integrated campaigns across email, LinkedIn, organic and paid social, webinars, events and partner co-marketing
Develop campaign narratives, briefs and messaging for our ideal customer profile and target industries
Support major GTM initiatives such as roadshows, workshops and webinars, from promotion to post-event follow-up
Work with Sales so campaigns produce qualified meetings and opportunities, not just activity
Build and manage emails, landing pages, forms, lists, workflows, lead scoring and nurture sequences
Maintain lifecycle stages, lead status and the handoff from marketing to sales
Set up source attribution and campaign tracking correctly (UTMs, HubSpot Campaigns)
Keep marketing contact data clean, compliant and well segmented
Content, social and paid media
Own the content calendar: blog posts, case studies, one-pagers, social posts and newsletters
Write and edit marketing copy, and brief design and video support
Plan, launch and optimize LinkedIn and Meta campaigns: audiences, retargeting, budgets and reporting
Keep the website and key landing pages current and on brand
Reporting and optimization
Build HubSpot dashboards for traffic, conversions, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influenced and sourced, and cost per lead
Report weekly on what's working, what isn't, and where to invest next
Test and improve subject lines, offers, landing pages, and audiences based on results
What You Bring
Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally in professional services, SaaS or technology
Strong hands-on HubSpot Marketing Hub experience: emails, workflows, lists, landing pages, forms, lead scoring and reporting
Experience running LinkedIn and/or Meta paid campaigns
Excellent written English and the ability to turn complex services into clear, compelling messaging
Comfort using data and attribution to make decisions
Organized and self-directed, able to manage several campaigns and stakeholders at once
HubSpot Marketing Hub certifications (a strong advantage)
