Strategic Account Director — Medical Communications (Hybrid)

NOBEL Women in San Diego is seeking an Account Director to lead client relationships and oversee execution of KOL engagement, Commercial, and Medical Affairs initiatives for pharma/biotech clients. This is a hybrid role with flexible arrangements.
You will mentor junior team members, manage budgets and timelines, and collaborate with scientific, creative, and operations teams to deliver strategic programs that advance scientific exchange and stakeholder engagement.
