Position Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and articulate Communications Representative to support day-to-day communication with customers, partners, and other contacts. The successful candidate will help share company information, respond to inquiries, and ensure that communications are accurate, courteous, and aligned with company standards.
Responsibilities Communicate company information, services, and promotional details to customers and other audiences.
Respond to general inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate department or team member.
Assist with preparing and organizing communication materials for company initiatives and events.
Deliver clear, consistent messages in person and through approved communication channels.
Support customer outreach activities and help maintain positive professional relationships.
Gather questions, comments, and feedback to help the team understand audience needs.
Coordinate with colleagues to ensure information is accurate and communicated on time.
Help maintain organized communication records and reference materials.
Represent Harvest Advertising Inc. with professionalism and courtesy.
Contribute ideas for improving the clarity and effectiveness of customer-facing communications.
