Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a high-energy Social Media & Marketing Coordinator who can break through the noise, demystify the criminal justice system, and elevate our firm's visual identity both online and offline.
This position owns the day-to-day management of the firm’s social platforms while creating engaging, trend-driven content that strengthens brand awareness and grows our community. The coordinator will also assist with our founding partner’s personal brand by editing supplied content and assisting with post scheduling, publishing, and platform management. The role requires maintaining each brand’s distinct voice and visual identity.
Our firm relies heavily on immediate local visibility, public trust, and quick multi-platform response times. This role blends social strategy, platform management, and hands-on content creation, and will navigate highly sensitive real-life topics while strictly adhering to State Bar of Texas advertising rules.
