Concierge Account Manager

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Concierge Account Manager (from the Philippines) to support and grow our creator and studio partners. You’ll manage client relationships, optimize the platform's performance, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations on our platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES Manage relationships with assigned creators and studios
Oversee platform day-to-day platform operations (metadata, scheduling, images, compliance docs)
Develop content strategies to improve performance and revenue
Analyze data, identify trends, and prepare performance reports
Ensure content complies with platform guidelines
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and share best practices
REQUIREMENTS Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English
Experience in account management, client support, or content operations is a plus
