Experienced communicators will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Workforce Communications Specialist III, responsible for building relationships with internal clients, assessing communication needs, and developing integrated strategies to align global audiences with ministry goals.
Key responsibilities
Build and steward trusted relationships with assigned leaders and teams to understand their communication needs
Develop and implement integrated communication strategies that translate complex organizational decisions into clear narratives
Utilize AI and emerging technologies to enhance communication efforts and measure their effectiveness for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
7+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications
Proven ability to partner with leaders to assess needs and develop communication strategies
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
Experience in executing communications across multiple channels and audiences
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred, but not required
