Destination Marketing Director — Brand & Growth

Visit Annapolis & Anne Arundel County seeks an Associate Director of Marketing to lead the day-to-day marketing function and drive integrated destination marketing initiatives that strengthen the VAAAC brand and increase visitation.
Reporting to the Senior Director, this role provides strategic oversight of brand execution, paid media, partnerships, campaign performance, and team development. A background in tourism marketing and data-driven decision making is preferred.
