HCB Communications & Operations SpecialistThe HCB Communications & Operations Specialist supports Madison Reed Hair Color Bar (HCB) teams by ensuring field communications are clear, timely, and actionable and that key learning and operational support activities run smoothly.This role owns the day-to-day execution of HCB field communications while also providing day-to-day administration of the HCB learning platform, and recurring operational programs including the HCB PEX card program and supply ordering.The Specialist works across HCB Operations Services & Training to coordinate communication needs, turn complex information into simple field actions, and ensure recurring operational workflows are completed accurately and on time.This is a hands-on individual contributor role requiring exceptional communication, organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
