Individual can work remotely from anywhere within the United States or in any Mead & Hunt office

Mead & Hunt’s well-established One Water team is looking for an experienced AEC marketing professional to serve as the supervisor of marketing for the group. This role will lead a collaborative group of over a dozen experienced marketing specialists working in proposal development, marketing strategy, tradeshows, planning and budgeting for the One Water team. The manager will mentor and manage staff, oversee strategy, manage the One Water team’s outward brand, and work closely with technical staff on marketing initiatives. In addition, this individual will be a major contributor to the company’s corporate marketing team and a key liaison with marketing managers in other business areas.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 /year – Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: experience, skill set and location.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, journalism, communications, marketing, English, or related field

10+ years of experience

AEC industry experience is required

Prior marketing experience within the water industry highly preferred

Supervisory experience

Experience working with Adobe and InDesign
