An independent production is seeking a highly experienced Line Producer to join our small team for an exciting upcoming music video. This project is a visually driven, high-energy pop/R&B music video with stylized choreography and distinct set builds, blending vibrant color palettes with a polished, artistic tone. We need someone who can expertly manage the logistical complexities of a creative vision. You will be responsible for overseeing all physical aspects of the production, including budgeting, scheduling, crew hiring (beyond principal creative roles), location scouting coordination, equipment rentals, and ensuring a smooth and efficient shoot. We're looking for a proactive problem-solver with a strong track record in music video production. You must have extensive experience line producing projects of similar scale, a comprehensive understanding of union and non-union regulations, and a proven ability to keep productions on schedule and within budget. Please include your resume and a reel or portfolio showcasing your previous work. The principal shoot is expected to be a 2-day shoot around late October 2026, with about 3 weeks of prep leading up to it. Production will provide all necessary software licenses, production insurance, and a dedicated production assistant for support during prep and shoot days.
