We are looking for a

Writer

who can create clear, structured, and high-quality content for our software products. The ideal candidate should be able to translate complex technical workflows into simple, easy-to-understand content for both technical and non-technical users.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, and support teams to create documentation and content that improves product adoption and customer experience.

Role & responsibilities

Write and maintain technical content such as:

Product documentation

User manuals and help guides

Knowledge base articles

API documentation (basic level)

Feature release notes

Create website content and landing pages for software products.

Translate technical workflows into user-friendly instructions.

Collaborate with developers to understand system architecture.

Create SEO-friendly content for product pages and blogs.

Update and optimize existing documentation regularly.

Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and clarity.

Review and proofread content before publishing.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent written and spoken English.

Proven experience in technical or SaaS content writing.

Ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.

Understanding of:

Web applications

APIs and dashboards

Software workflows

Experience with SEO content writing.

Familiarity with tools such as:

Google Docs / MS Word

CMS platforms

Basic Markdown

Strong research, editing, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or a related field.

Experience working with product and engineering teams.
