Marketing and Brand Coordinator

We are looking for a Marketing and Brand Coordinator.
The Marketing & Brand Coordinator supports the Marketing Manager, Brand Partnerships & Activations with the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external events, retail activations, physician partnerships, and brand partnerships. This role is responsible for coordinating vendors, activation logistics, print production, promotional materials, and project tracking while supporting the Marketing Manager in maintaining existing physician relationships.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent written and verbal communicator with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

Assist the Marketing Manager with the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external events, retail activations, physician partnerships, and brand partnerships.
Support the Marketing Manager in maintaining existing physician relationships, including coordinating activation dates, schedules, logistical needs, materials, and follow‑up communications as directed.
Lead vendor coordination and communication for internal and external activations, including outreach to prospective vendors and ongoing communication with confirmed partners.
