Director of Business Design

The selected candidate will be engaged in, but not limited to the following activities:

Thorough knowledge and understanding of all Equalman Inc. product offering; knows what it takes to creatively develop projects (project steps, capabilities, technologies, creative responsibilities and skills)
Build strong and authentic relationships with existing and future potential partners
Create and produce training material for Equalman Inc. partnerships
Produce creative client outreach in forms of pitch decks, proposals, digital stamps and training
manuals
Schedule and lead weekly Hackathons, UnMeetings and bi weekly Goal Meetings
Keep teams informed of all projects’ status
ext steps via daily communication
Act as main liaison for internal creative team members and leadership
Create and monitor project parameters for all jobs
Manage Internship Program (posting/hiring/training)

Skills:
2-4 years in project management, internal operations and/or administration
Bachelor’s degree required at minimum
Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to achieve results while working independently
Must be a self-starter who can take projects on and run with them independently
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Keynote, Photoshop, etc.
Must be able to think and act both strategically and tactically
Strong analytical, quantitative and technical skills
Connections with higher education is a plus
