Sales Executive, Media Partnerships (Uncapped Commission) (Phoenix)

We’re hiring a sales rockstar to bring our media packages to local business owners. This isn’t a cold-call-all-day-to-a-dead-lead-list job. Our brand opens doors, our packages sell themselves once owners see them, and you’ll have the tools and support to close.

Responsibilities
Generate new business through outreach, referrals, in-person visits, and inbound leads from the platform
Conduct consultative sales conversations and present package options
Prepare and send proposals, then follow up until you get a decision
Close new accounts and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals
Track all activity, leads, and deals in the CRM
Coordinate with the content and production team so clients get a smooth onboarding
Identify upsell and renewal opportunities with existing clients
Share market feedback to help us improve our offer and pitch
