Waters is seeking a Regional Business Manager (RBM) to lead a regional sales team focused on Advanced Diagnostics products in hospitals and clinical laboratories within the territory. You will drive market share growth, protect base business, and mentor a high-performing group reporting to the VP of Sales.
You will collaborate with Strategic Customer Groups and other partners to accelerate growth, manage forecasts, and implement sales processes to achieve regional P&L objectives.
