Seeking actors for OCP-lead roles in accounting firm corporate video - commercial. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Please see the details below.
Rate:
- Session rate: $700 (10 hour shoot day)
- Usage rate: $1300 per day (guaranteed)
- Fitting rate: $150 (2 hours or less).
- Script read-through (if necessary) $250 (2 hours or less)
Additional info:
Shoot location: Nashville, TN area.
**MUST be able to work in the Nashville, TN area as a LOCAL HIRE! - could possibly be in the Hermitage area** (Travel/Transportation/Accommodation will NOT be provided). OK to live outside Tennessee as long as you are a reasonable self-drive to the Nashville area and are not expecting compensation for travel. MUST be local hire and NOT require a flight to work in the Nashville area.
Dates needed:
- -Zoom callbacks - Tuesday 11/10/26 or Wednesday 11/11/26 (still TBD).
- -Fitting - Monday 11/30/26 or Tuesday 12/1 (still TBD).
- -Script read-through - Tuesday 12/1/26 (if needed).
- -Filming - Wednesday 12/2/26, Thursday 12/3/26 -and- Friday 12/4/26. *May work between 1-3 dates in the range from 12/2-12/4 but MUST be available for ALL dates in order to be considered.
- Directors do NOT yet have Call Times, so you should have FULL DAY availability to allow for whatever the Call/Wrap Time ends up being. MUST be FLEXIBLE and available if you apply in case of changes.
- Non union.
USAGE:
Internal corporate training video for Deloitte only. No public-facing use (e.g., no use on Deloitte’s YouTube channel).
MEDIA:

TERM:
5 years from first use, with an option to renew at the original rate plus a 10% increase.
Stills:
Still photo usage is included for internal use only (e.g., intranet and in-office advertising).
