Growth & Events Marketing Ops Lead

Teal Communications, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Operations & Growth Manager to own event execution and lead operations. You will manage HubSpot-based lead management, on-site capture, and post-event follow-up in collaboration with the BDR team, driving qualified leads and optimization of event ROI.
The role requires 3-5 years in marketing ops or event management, hands-on trade show logistics, and strong HubSpot and Popl skills. Office-based with travel, based near Kirkland, WA.
