Senior Paid Search Growth Lead

Caraway Home is seeking a Senior Growth Manager (Paid Search) to lead and optimize paid search strategies, owning key search and shopping accounts to drive performance and growth. You will align with DemandGen and Revenue teams, focusing on iROAS, CAC, and new customer acquisition.
The role requires 5-7 years in paid search/ecommerce, hands-on experience with Google Ads, Shopping, and YouTube, and a strategic, data-driven mindset to test and scale campaigns across channels.
