Commure is hiring a hands-on Head of Performance Creative to own the engine behind paid growth. You will transform customer pains into concepts, produce ads with AI tools, and manage a small creator bench.
You’ll report to Growth Operations and drive the creative pipeline end-to-end for paid accounts. Expect to own the qualified pipeline per dollar spent, build a testing framework, and extend campaigns beyond Meta to LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google.
