Bausch + Lomb is seeking a National Accounts Director; Payor Accounts to drive national and regional payor coverage and reimbursement for the Elios System. You will lead a team of RAEs, coordinate with sales, marketing and medical affairs, and influence policy through HEOR data and budget impact models.
You will build relationships with payors, HTAs and state advisory bodies, ensuring access and appropriate reimbursement while supporting clinical education and market access programs.
