Lead Outdoor LED Lighting Technician
Location: Leesburg, VA — serving Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, and Southern Maryland
Full-Time | Travel up to 40%
We are seeking a hands-on Branch Manager to lead crews and oversee residential, commercial, landscape, and architectural LED lighting installations.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and schedule installation crews.
- Install, test, and troubleshoot low-voltage LED lighting systems.
- Coordinate project layouts, materials, equipment, and job-site logistics.
- Communicate with customers, designers, and contractors.
- Maintain safety, quality, inventory, and project documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience in outdoor lighting, electrical work, or low-voltage systems.
- Crew leadership experience preferred.
- Ability to read plans and wiring diagrams.
- Strong troubleshooting, organization, and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working outdoors and traveling.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
