We're looking for a

motivated, self-driven Advertising Sales Representative

to help local businesses grow through digital advertising and sponsorship opportunities.
What You’ll Do

Sell digital advertising, sponsorships, and promotional packages to local businesses
Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Educate clients on how Martinsburg Local helps drive visibility and customers
Manage your own sales pipeline from prospecting to closing
Represent a trusted, community-focused brand with integrity and professionalism
Compensation

100% Commission-Only

(Uncapped earning potential)
Competitive commission structure

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Sales experience preferred (advertising or marketing a plus, but not required)
Familiarity with the Martinsburg / Berkeley County area is a big plus
Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented
