Director of AI Experience Design & Design Systems

Pfizer Inc. seeks a Director, AI Experience Design Lead to own Pfizer’s AI look, feel, and behavior across human and agent surfaces, building and leading the design team that ships it.
This role defines the design system behind AI experiences and ensures consistency across platforms. You will own end-to-end design delivery for high-impact initiatives, partner with AI, Data, Product, and Engineering, and drive adoption, usability, safety, and trust in enterprise AI solutions.
