Ads Design Lead - Monetization & Growth Strategy

Snap Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Ads Design to set the design direction for Snapchat’s advertising products. You will lead a cross-functional team of PMs, engineers, researchers, and data scientists to build products that help big brands, small businesses, and creators succeed on Snapchat.
You will work with senior leaders to define roadmap and strategy, and mentor designers toward growth while maintaining a high standard of visual design and interaction excellence.
