The Well in Sacramento-area is seeking a Vice President, Business Successions and Partnerships to lead our client-facing exit advisory practice. You will guide founders through sale or recapitalization, shaping the firm’s early-stage growth and client experience.
You will cultivate relationships with investment banks, private equity firms, tax advisors, M&A attorneys, and wealth managers, while partnering with the CEO and COO to write the playbook and scale equity sharing.
