About the Role
Own the SOQ, RFQ and RFP production calendar, the résumé and project-sheet library, brand templates, the LinkedIn content calendar for the firm and our Affiliated Consultants, conference logistics and website updates.
Key Responsibilities

Manage proposal schedules, compliance matrices and production for RFQ/RFP responses
Produce LinkedIn content and graphics on the brand system
Coordinate CASH, CASBO, ACSA and CCLC conference presence
Update schoolleaders.com content

Qualifications

2–5 years in AEC or public-sector marketing/proposals
InDesign, Google Workspace and a CMS
Strong writing and editing
Bachelor's degree preferred

$65,000–$95,000 base
