Podcast Producer

As a Podcast Producer, you'll own the production process for multiple client shows. From booking guests and planning episodes to directing recording sessions and overseeing post-production, you'll ensure every episode meets our quality standards.
Responsibilities Manage production schedules and coordinate with clients
Plan episode content, research topics, and prep guests
Direct in-studio and remote recording sessions
Oversee post-production workflow and quality control
Track analytics and provide performance reports to clients
Qualifications 3+ years in podcast or media production
Strong project management and communication skills
Experience with recording equipment and studio setups
Understanding of podcast distribution platforms
Creative problem-solving and attention to detail
