Marketing Director: Growth & Brand Leader (Hybrid Miami)

The Salty Donut in Miami (Coral Gables) is seeking a Marketing Director to lead marketing strategy and execution. You’ll partner with the Founder + Chief Brand Officer to turn the brand vision into high-performing campaigns across launches, loyalty, local store marketing, partnerships, paid performance, and customer-facing initiatives.
We’re looking for a senior marketer who can blend brand storytelling with performance marketing, drive demand, and support multi-unit growth.
