Employment Type: Part-Time, approximately 25-30 hours per week (on-site / in-office) with protentional to become a full-time position

Position Overview We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to support and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and strategic community partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate and knowledgeable about both digital and traditional marketing strategies including (but not limited to): social media, SEO, graphic design, reputation management, print, digital, outdoor, etc.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote roofing and construction services
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts
Coordinate email marketing campaigns and customer outreach initiatives
Maintain and update the company website with relevant content and SEO optimization
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide reports
Assist with branding, signage, and promotional materials
Coordinate community events, sponsorships, and local outreach efforts
Work closely with sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals
Manage online reviews and reputation across platforms
Manage third-party marketing and vendor relationships, community partnerships, act as company representative when appropriate
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred), or equivalent experience
1–3 years of marketing experience (construction or home services industry a plus)
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Basic understanding of SEO and website management (WordPress)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Additional Preferred Skills Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms
Photography and video editing skills (preferred)
Knowledge of local service area marketing strategies, opportunities, and community relationships/engagement
Familiarity with paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
