Cura x Cura is a fast-growing healthcare technology company reimagining how traditional Chinese medicine practitioners prescribe, dispense, and connect with patients.
We're looking for a strategic, commercially minded Content & Marketing Strategy Manager to own how Cura x Cura communicates, grows, and converts across every channel.
This is not simply a social media posting role. You will turn company initiatives, product features, practitioner stories, partnerships, events, podcasts, and founder ideas into integrated campaigns that move people emotionally—and drive measurable business results.
Your Goals
Increase practitioner registrations and paid conversions driven by marketing
Generate warm leads and conversations for the sales team
Improve email open rates, click-through rates, engagement, and conversion
Grow Cura x Cura's organic reach and brand authority
Own and protect the company voice across every platform
Build scalable, AI-powered marketing and content workflows
Connect marketing performance with sales and business outcomes
What You’ll Own
You will lead content and marketing strategy across the company, including:
Developing Cura x Cura's overall content, campaign, and channel strategy
Creating integrated campaigns across email, social media, podcasts, events, partnerships, and the website
Managing Instagram and Facebook strategy, including content pillars, captions, Stories, campaigns, and conversion sequences
Owning email marketing strategy, copywriting, segmentation, building, testing, and sending
Marketing new products, platform features, practitioner programs, promotions, workshops, and events
Leading podcast positioning, episode topics, titles, descriptions, guest promotion, distribution, and repurposing
Planning event-marketing campaigns before, during, and after conferences, workshops, pop-ups, and community events
Developing influencer, practitioner, vendor, and brand-partnership campaigns
Creating landing-page, sales-page, checkout-page, and campaign copy
Turning one idea or piece of content into multiple assets across email, social media, podcast, video, and web
Directing short-form video concepts, filming, editing, clipping, and distribution
Planning regular in-person filming and podcast sessions with the CEO
Capturing and organizing practitioner testimonials, customer stories, and campaign assets
Tracking performance across email, social media, podcasts, landing pages, campaigns, and conversion funnels
Creating internal systems for content planning, campaign execution, approvals, asset management, and performance reporting
Clearly communicating campaign plans so marketing, sales, customer service, technology, and operations remain aligned
You should be able to take one Cura x Cura product, feature, or program and understand how to market it from every angle—strategically, emotionally, visually, psychologically, and commercially.
AI and Technology Requirements
You must be genuinely comfortable using AI as part of your working process—not only using ChatGPT or Claude for basic conversations.
You should be able to:
Build repeatable AI-assisted workflows for research, campaign planning, content production, repurposing, and performance analysis
Use tools such as Claude Codex to create structured systems and improve marketing operations
Understand how to turn prompts, brand knowledge, templates, and automation into consistent workflows
Use AI creative tools such as Higgsfield for video concepts and production
Work confidently with Canva and CapCut to create and edit marketing assets
Quickly evaluate and adopt new AI tools when they can improve speed, quality, or scalability
Maintain human judgment, accuracy, and brand consistency throughout AI-assisted work
What We’re Looking For
3-5 years of marketing experience in healthcare, wellness, or a related field
Strong experience in content strategy, growth marketing, brand marketing, or integrated marketing
A proven ability to connect content with leads, registrations, sales, and retention
Excellent strategic thinking, storytelling, copywriting, and campaign-development skills
Strong knowledge of Instagram and Facebook marketing
Experience with email marketing, conversion funnels, landing pages, and performance analytics
Experience marketing podcasts and turning long-form conversations into multi-channel campaigns
Experience planning marketing around conferences, events, workshops, or community activations
Strong visual judgment and the ability to direct creative production
Ability to develop strategy while also executing when needed
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning projects from idea through measurement
Able to work closely with a founder and turn early-stage ideas into clear, executable campaigns
Preferred Background
Experience in one or more of the following industries is strongly preferred:
Supplements
Integrative or functional medicine
Health technology
Paid time off
Parental leave
Work Location
Hybrid remote in Fullerton, CA 92831.
