Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with React experience to join our engineering team on a full-time hybrid basis. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building scalable backend applications using Python and developing modern, responsive user interfaces using React.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and React.
- Develop robust backend services, APIs, and business logic using Python.
- Build responsive and reusable frontend components using React.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs between frontend and backend systems.
- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Implement authentication, authorization, security, and data-validation mechanisms.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following development best practices.
- Troubleshoot application issues and optimize application performance.
- Write unit tests, integration tests, and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.
- Work with Git-based version control and standard software development workflows.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
- Support application deployment, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
Required Skills
- 3–7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python.
- Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Strong experience with React.js.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
- Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and automated testing.
- Good understanding of responsive web development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with FastAPI and React.
- Knowledge of TypeScript.
- Experience with Redux, React Query, or other state-management libraries.
- Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of Celery, Redis, or message queues.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Pytest and Jest.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
