Director, Internal Communications & Change Strategy

International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking a Director, Internal Communications to build and lead IJM’s enterprise internal communications capability. You will shape priority-aligned messaging, governance, channels, and change-communication discipline across IJM’s global matrix.
The role partners with Global Technology Solutions and senior leadership to elevate clarity, adoption of major initiatives, and employee experience in a hybrid Washington, DC area setting.
