Field Marketing Team Manager

Salary Range: $45,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

Lead a team. Run a program. Own the results.
Axis Water Technologies sells, installs, and services water treatment systems across West Texas. We need a manager to lead it, and grow it.

You’ll report directly to operations leadership. You'll have real authority over hiring, scheduling, and performance across multiple markets.

What you'll do

Hire, train, coach, and lead our in-store reps.

Build weekly schedules and hold every rep to KPI.

Keep our displays stocked and set up correctly.

Run product knowledge trainings for reps and store teams.

Visit stores regularly to coach reps and build relationships with store management.

You’ll do well here if you've been

A retail store, assistant, or district manager.

A team lead for brand ambassadors, product demos, or event staff.

Any manager of an hourly team who's comfortable hiring, scheduling, and holding people to accountable.

Must-haves

At least 2 years directly managing hourly employees.

Willingness to travel weekly across West Texas, including some overnights.

A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

No water treatment experience needed. We'll teach you.
