Synera is seeking a Senior UX Designer to shape AI-driven automation experiences for engineers. You’ll join a small design team, map complex journeys, and prototype solutions with AI and code, not just Figma frames.
You’ll partner with PMs and developers to define the product vision and ship intuitive experiences. You’ll own the UX in a product trio, design AI-native interfaces, and balance creativity with pragmatism to deliver value in sprints.
