We're looking for a Senior React Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. You'll be responsible for building scalable, high-performance web applications that serve millions of users globally. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and shape the future of our platform.As a Senior React Developer, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences. You'll have the autonomy to make architectural decisions and mentor junior developers while working on challenging problems at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex React applications with TypeScript
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests
- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmap
- Stay current with React ecosystem and modern web development practices
- Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and services
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional React development experience
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.)
- Solid understanding of React ecosystem (Next.js, React Router, etc.)
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
- Knowledge of modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.)
- Understanding of web performance optimization techniques
- Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to Have
- Experience with React Native for mobile development
- Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Python)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with GraphQL and modern API patterns
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Open source contributions to React ecosystem
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
