Your Responsibilities as a Senior Marketing Proposal Coordinator

Work alongsideourWoburn-based Marketing team in pursuit of new work, with an emphasis onprojects in the northeastern United States.

Assistwith the retrieval and tracking of requests for proposals/qualifications andhelp withgo
o-go discussions

Lead proposal plan preparation and drive proposal kick-off discussions

Develop compelling firm qualifications, proposals, and presentation materialsin support of Apex’s business initiatives. Includeslayout, writing, and coordination.

Assistwith the writing, cataloging, and updating of projectmaterials, such asprofiles, team resumes, and client references.

Produce proposals in person, as needed, from the Woburn, MA office.

Travel to client locations to deliver proposals,as needed.

Supportspecialeventsand trade shows,on occasion.

Performtasks to ensure the quality of Marketing materials, such as proofreading, aesthetics, and compliance reviews.

Update theclientrelationship management (CRM) systemand related databases.

Fulfill otherMarketingtasks as needed.

What we're looking for:

Degree, certification, or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, business, English, journalism, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a marketer in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry or other professional services fields.

Excellent prioritization and time management skills.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Excellent writing and copyediting capabilities

Strong communications skills and the ability to adapt to different communication styles

Highly motivated, willing to be part of our Apex team and enhance our marketing efforts

Ability totravel to theoffice inWoburn, MA, for proposal production, and to client locations for proposal delivery.

Ability to travel between offices for related tasks on occasion.
