Hybrid Production Artist

Required Skills & Experience
• 2–5 years of experience as a production artist, production designer or in a similar role\n• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop\n• Strong attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work\n• Proven ability to handle a high volume of revisions efficiently\n• Strong organization and time management skills\n• Comfortable taking direction and working from feedback\n• A portfolio showing production or revision work

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with InDesign\n• Experience producing assets for both print and digital\n• Familiarity with brand guidelines and template-based systems\n• Agency or in-house production experience in a fast-paced setting\n• Experience with project management or proofing tools

Job Description

An employer is seeking a highly skilled Hybrid Production Artist to join one of our largest national manufacturing clients. In \nthis role you’ll support a growing creative team with a high volume of revisions and production updates. This role is about \nefficiency, accuracy and attention to detail. You'll take existing designs and get them finalized, updated and ready for \ndelivery quickly and correctly. In order to be successful on this team you must thrive within a fast-paced production \nenvironment, be detail oriented, and and take pride in clean, error-free files.\n\nResponsibilities: \n• Work through a high volume of revision requests and production updates across multiple projects, meeting tight \ndeadlines without sacrificing quality\n• Update existing designs with new copy, images, sizes or formats, and adapt assets for different channels\n• Prepare production-ready files that follow brand guidelines, templates and technical specs\n• Proof all work for errors in copy, layout, color and formatting before handoff\n• Keep designs consistent across all assets and updates\n• Work with the creative lead to understand feedback and turn changes around quickly\n• Keep files and folders organized so assets are easy to find and reuse
