Hilo by Aktiia is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Search to lead our paid search program across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, with ownership of strategy, investment and commercial results. You will use data to identify growth areas, improve performance from ad click to purchase, and guide spend decisions.
Reporting to Head of Performance Marketing, you will collaborate with marketing, product and analytics teams, test new channels, and scale initiatives with strong ROI.
