The Role We are hiring a Digital Design Lead who can shape
clear, emotional digital experiences from first sketch to
launch. You'll own the design, guide the team around
you, and make sure what ships feels the way we
promised it would.

Responsibilities Lead the design phase of web and digital projects,
from UX and content flow to final visual design.
Evolve a client's existing brand into a more
polished, dynamic digital expression.
Design responsive layouts for desktop and mobile.
Set the motion and interaction direction, and weave
photography and video into the experience.
Deliver clean, development-ready Figma files and
hand them off to the dev team as the build runs
Join the early creative brief and help shape shot lists
for photo and video shoots.
Present work to clients with confidence and turn
feedback around quickly.
Guide and review the work of supporting designers.
Qualifications 8+ years designing websites and digital products,
with at least some time leading projects.
A portfolio that shows strong visual craft and sharp
UX thinking, with marketing sites, e-commerce or
Mastery of Figma, including components and
design systems.
Experience turning an existing brand system into a
Working knowledge of how sites get built (WordPress, Webflow, Framer or similar), so your
designs ship the way you drew them.
Comfort presenting to clients and guiding a project
without heavy oversight.
Bonus: motion design chops, experience with AI prototyping tools, and comfort working with clients
