Job Type: Part-time (~15 hours per week) Location: Remote (preference for candidates in the Wilmington, NC or Raleigh, NC areas) Pay: $22–$30 per hour, based on experience Overview AuriaTrack is a marketing and advertising attribution app, and we also run done-for-you marketing for small businesses, including med spas and aesthetic clinics. We're looking for a creative, reliable Video Editor to turn raw footage into short-form content that stops the scroll and drives bookings for our clients. You'll edit videos shot by our team and our network of freelance videographers, then ship them for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and paid ad campaigns. The work is fast-moving, and you'll see how your edits perform in real numbers.
Responsibilities Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos using Final Cut Pro
Cut short-form vertical video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and ad-ready versions of the same content
Add captions, titles, transitions, and motion graphics where needed
Perform color correction and grading so content looks consistent and on-brand for each client
Handle audio editing: clean dialogue, balance levels, and add music and sound effects
Collaborate with our team, videographers, and graphic designers to turn outlines and shot lists into finished videos
Keep files organized, versioned, and delivered on schedule across multiple client projects
Create A/B variations of hooks and intros for ad testing
Serve as backup for graphic design and photo editing (thumbnails, social graphics, photo retouching)
Qualifications Proven video editing experience, with a portfolio that shows storytelling and strong short-form work
Proficiency in Final Cut Pro (or similar software such as Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve)
Comfortable working on a Mac
Solid grasp of color correction, lighting, and audio fundamentals
Experience with photo editing and basic graphic design (Photoshop, Canva, or similar)
Familiarity with social media trends, pacing, and platform specs
Ability to take feedback, hit deadlines, and manage multiple projects at once
Bonus Bonus: experience with beauty, wellness, med spa, or healthcare marketing content
Bonus: videography or photography skills
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 per week
